He has placed talent across the full spectrum, from AI-native startups to Fortune 100 companies and hyperscale data center operators, and helped build teams that landed inside Big Tech following an acquisition. Executive search, foundational team builds, niche technical placements: the range is intentional.
As Past Chairman of the TAG Data Science & AI Society and Board Advisor to OpenWater, a global community of accomplished executives, Tony built genuine relationships across Atlanta's tech ecosystem and extended that network nationally across data, engineering, AI, and infrastructure communities. Those relationships are real, maintained, and activated personally.
Tony is an active AI practitioner. He uses AI across sourcing, market intelligence, and workflow management daily. The result: a boutique practice with the reach and efficiency of something much larger, without sacrificing the accountability that makes boutique worth it.
He holds a BBA from the University of Georgia, is fluent in Spanish, and is based in the Atlanta area, where he lives with his family. When he's not running searches, you'll find him out on the water, still one of the better thinking environments around.
